Alma Randolph Crump
Mrs. Alma Randolph Crump is the founder of the Alma Randolph Charitable Foundation in Owensboro, Kentucky, where she has spent more than 30 years serving disadvantaged families with compassion and purpose. Inspired by her own childhood experiences with poverty, she launched the foundation in 1993 to provide children with clothing, support, and dignity. In 2016, she expanded that vision through the H.U.T.S. (Hands Up To Succeed) Program, helping families improve their living conditions with a “hand up, not a handout” approach. Through her leadership, the foundation has clothed over 17,000 children and helped restore nearly 100 homes. Known for her faith, humility, and unwavering commitment to others, Mrs. Randolph Crump continues to be a cornerstone of hope and impact in the Owensboro community.
