Zach Lindsey
Zach is a Special Olympics athlete, team ambassador, and captain of the Daviess County Special Olympics Flag Football team representing Team Kentucky at Nationals in Minneapolis. He has been involved in Special Olympics for over 10 years, competing in multiple sports including flag football and basketball, and has represented Special Olympics on the national stage. Zack is an Athlete Ambassador, selected through a competitive process to share his story, advocate for inclusion, and encourage others through public speaking. He was instrumental in starting the local flag football program, helping recruit athletes and coaches alongside his family. Known for his energy, leadership, and encouragement of teammates, Zack is passionate about teamwork, sportsmanship, and motivating other athletes to believe in what they can accomplish.
