Chris Dilbeck serves as the Area Director for YoungLife Owensboro, where he has invested more than 26 years in walking alongside students and pointing them to the hope of Jesus. Shaped by a difficult childhood, Chris carries a passion for reaching the unseen and the hard-to-reach — the kids who might otherwise slip through the cracks. Through YoungLife’s unique approach of going where teens are, building authentic friendships, and earning the right to be heard, Chris has dedicated his life to making sure young people know they are loved, valued, and never alone. His story is one of brokenness turned into purpose, and his mission is to help the next generation discover faith, hope, and belonging. He has 2 sons and a daughter.
